I was happy to find this product again after many years. I use to use it in the pastry shop in a few grand hotels as chocolate for fillings of cookies and icing.

I haven’t used the product yet but I’m going to use it when making the chocolate drop cookies from Marcy Brenner’s ‘A Baker’s Daughter’ book. She recommends it so that’s is why I bought it. I was introduced to the Brenner’s bakeries in the early 1970s and loved everything I bought. If Marcy uses the product, it must be good!
