Party Time offers merchandise from our locally owned and operated store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to be picked up or shipped to you, when we have the product in stock.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please make sure to include a physical address with your shipping order as UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
At this time, Party Time does not ship outside of the contiguous United States, including to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping times vary using UPS Ground from our store location in Baton Rouge, La:
Southern states take 1 - 3 business days
North and Northwestern states take 4 to 6 business days
Midwestern states take 2 to 4 business days
Eastern states take 2 to 5 business days
Orders placed after noon on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Free In Store Pickup
Please allow up to 2 hours for your order to be ready for pick up after placing it online. You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up. All orders placed after 3pm will be available for pick up the next morning and on Friday pick up orders placed after 3pm will not be processed until the following Monday.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
No returns on costumes, costume accessories, wearable items, seasonal items, inflatables, balloons, balloon weights, helium tanks, floral panels, yard signs, pinatas, sale, or clearance items.
Electronic items may only be exchanged for identical item, if defective, within 24 hours notice.
