In Store Returns
To exchange or receive a refund, you must have receipt & purchase must be within 30 days.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns are allowed without a Return Authorization Code. Return Authorization Codes can be given by calling (225)927-3270 ext 115. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders must be returned with the original and unopened items for refund.
Shipping may only be refunded in case of returns involving defects or other issues. Shipping is otherwise non-refundable and return shipping will not be provided.

Perishable Items (Pastes, Powders, Fillings, Chocolates, Sugars, ect)
Sale Priced Clearance Items
Costumes & Costume Accessories (Hats, Wigs, Makeup, Leis, etc.)
Balloons & Balloon weights
Electronics (Fog Machines, Strobe Lights, etc)
Items Damaged Due To Customer Misuse/Neglect

Full payment is required at registration in advance of class in order to guarantee that a place will be held.
Refunds will only be given for cancellations no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled class. Must have a receipt for a refund.
No one under the age of 13 allowed in class, with the exception of Kids Camp.
All classes are subject to changes or cancellations due to lack of enrollment.
