Candy Making Chocolates in Milk & Red
Melt your chocolate to a smooth consistency. Fill a candy decorating bag with red chocolate. With a sable brush, brush brown chocolate into random spots of the mold. Fill in the remainder of the mold with red chocolate. For the sucker mold, place a lollipop stick into the mold and spin to cover in chocolate.
Place in refrigerator until chocolate has set or about 15 to 20 minutes.
Once set, pop candies out of molds and enjoy! These are a great addition to crawfish boils and southern family gatherings.
